Acceptable Use Policy

Authorized adults only

Use photos of adults aged 18 or older. You must also be 18 or older and have explicit permission from both people for this synthetic zombie love story. Each photo should show one person with a visible face. Do not use minors, celebrities, public figures or private photos obtained without permission.

Keep the story fictional

Zombiv is intended for an affectionate fictional apocalypse story. Do not present synthetic results as authentic footage or evidence. Follow disclosure rules for AI content and honor the people depicted when sharing.

Prohibited generation categories

1. Pornography / NSFW

Nudity, pornography, sexual exploitation, sexual violence and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. The fixed story allows no sexual-content mode.

2. Violence / gore

Graphic injury, blood, gore, torture, violent threats and encouragement of self-harm or terrorism are prohibited. The predefined fictional story may show non-graphic zombie makeup and a lowered, unfired gun; it must not depict wounds or gunfire.

3. Hate speech

Hateful attacks, dehumanization, discriminatory abuse and advocacy of violence against protected groups are prohibited.

4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM)

All depicted people must be adults aged 18 or older. Photos of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors and any child exploitation are prohibited. Uncertain age must be held for review, not approved.

5. Deepfakes / impersonation

Unauthorized or deceptive likeness synthesis, celebrity/public-figure use, political impersonation, fake endorsements, fraud/scams, harassment and humiliation are prohibited. Zombiv really synthesizes authorized adults' likenesses in a fixed entertainment story; consent does not permit identity fraud or presenting AI output as authentic evidence. Users cannot enter arbitrary real-person prompts or choose custom scenarios.

6. Copyright / trademark infringement

Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized copyrighted characters, brand identities, logos or content copied without the necessary rights. Photo ownership alone does not authorize a depicted person's likeness.

Other prohibited behavior

Do not submit files intended to exploit decoders, access other accounts' objects, manipulate Credits, bypass payment verification or evade creation and safety switches. Automated bulk abuse, credential theft and interference with the service are prohibited.

Checks and enforcement

Inputs are checked before generation, and outputs are checked before delivery. When processing is enabled, the actual fixed server story prompt (including all shot instructions) is scanned with Waffo Prompt Sift before the video-model request. Only an allow verdict can proceed. Review, a degraded service or a failed check holds the task; block prevents generation. An administrator can close a held task or request a fresh Waffo scan, but cannot bypass this gate. Prompt Sift does not examine the photos or the completed video and does not replace their separate reviews. Redacted scan results and human decisions are recorded with task references, template version/hash and timestamps. Public generation and purchases are currently unavailable. The recorded human workflow reviews both inputs and outputs; optional automated moderation is separately gated. Configured supplier checks apply to enabled generation requests. Automated moderation, if enabled after validation, sends uncertain cases to human review. Known celebrities/public figures and suspected unauthorized likeness use must be refused or held for evidence; uncertain age or authorization must not be approved. Reviews cannot guarantee recognition of every identity or verify every permission claim. An unavailable or failed check does not count as approval. The service can refuse or withhold delivery, close a task, remove access to stored content and schedule media deletion, or restrict an account's ability to create videos through an authorized administrator action with recorded reasons while investigating risk. These actions cannot remove already downloaded copies. Restricted accounts can still access deletion and reporting. We do not promise automatic account bans, universal deletion deadlines or Credit forfeiture. Safety rules require continuing operational review; we do not claim that one template check proves every future version safe. Eligible Credit compensation follows the Refund Policy, without granting permission to repeat prohibited submissions.

Report misuse

Contact support@zombiv.com or use account support to report unauthorized likeness use or safety concerns. Provide the relevant creation or order reference and reason. Avoid secrets and unnecessary private imagery. Anyone, including a depicted person without an account, can use Report Abuse. We review available task, consent and moderation records, may ask for verification, and can hold processing or remove application access where appropriate. No fixed response time is promised. To appeal a restriction, send the task reference and relevant authorization or rights evidence to the same support address.
