What Zombiv creates

Zombiv is an AI video generator for entertainment. It uses a predefined Zombie Love Story template: two adult character references play the Survivor and the Zombie in a fictional, non-graphic story. It synthesizes their likenesses, movement and audio; the result is AI-generated, not authentic footage.

Users cannot enter arbitrary real-person prompts, edit the story or request a different scenario. Zombiv is not a general-purpose face-swap or impersonation service. This describes the product limits, not a claim that no likeness synthesis occurs.

Adults and authorization

Users must be 18+. Both depicted people must be adults. Only upload your own photos or photos you have permission to use. Both people must authorize the AI use of their likeness, including if you own the photo copyright. Before creating a task, confirm: “I confirm that both people are adults and I own these photos or have permission to use them.”

The server requires the current consent version and records its timestamp, user, task and photo references. Replacing a photo clears the checkbox. Payment does not establish consent or automatically submit a task. A checkbox is an attestation, not verified identity or proof of age; uncertain age or authorization must be held for review.

Not allowed

Do not use celebrities or public figures, minors, political impersonation, sexual content, harassment or humiliation, fraud or scams, or unauthorized likeness use. Do not present results as a real event, identity evidence or an endorsement. Even a fixed affectionate story can misuse someone's likeness. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Checks before generation and delivery

The application validates file type, size and image content, normalizes uploads and removes EXIF metadata. Each reference requires a safety decision before generation. When processing is enabled, the actual server-controlled Zombie Love Story prompt and every shot instruction are checked by Waffo Prompt Sift before submission to Kie.ai. Only allow proceeds; review, service failure or service_degraded holds the task, and block prevents generation. Human review can request another Waffo scan or close delivery, but cannot override this gate. Prompt Sift receives story text, not uploaded portraits or signed media links. Redacted results record request references, decisions, template version/hash and task/time references; human resolutions are also recorded. This text check does not replace image or video review. The output requires a safety decision before playback or download. An unavailable check or uncertain decision does not count as approval.

The recorded human review workflow requires an administrator to inspect each photo and the complete output, including its audio, and record evidence bound to the media. The optional automated safety workflow is separately gated; its decisions cannot prove identity, consent or age. Known public figures and suspected unauthorized use must be refused or held for evidence. We cannot promise detection of every public figure or every misuse.

Public generation and purchases are currently unavailable. The public sample is a separately published demonstration. The Generator and Pricing show availability. These pages do not promise immediate or automatic delivery. When processing is enabled, provider safety restrictions also apply; rejected references are not retried to bypass them.

AI disclosure and provider markings

The Generator, creation list and result page label the output as AI-generated. Disclose AI synthesis when sharing and keep any provider-required markings. Zombiv does not provide a watermark-removal feature or certify output as real.

Private photos and deletion

Ordinary uploads and creations are private by default, with account ownership checks and time-limited access links. They are not automatically added to a public gallery or used as promotional samples. Input photos have a 24-hour validity window; saved videos are available for 30 days. Logical expiry and physical cleanup differ. Providers process required copies separately; our storage deletion cannot guarantee deletion of their copies. We do not sell user photos. Report unauthorized use

Depicted people and other users can report concerns without an account at support@zombiv.com. See Report Abuse for what to send. We investigate available evidence and can hold or refuse delivery, remove access, schedule deletion of stored media or restrict account generation access where appropriate; deletion and reporting remain available. We do not promise a fixed response time.
