Adults and permission

You must be at least 18 years old. Every person in a photo must be an adult and must authorize use of their likeness for this AI story. Confirming the photo checkbox confirms these requirements and your right to submit the material. Celebrity impersonation, deception and abusive use are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy applies.

The currently configured Standard 480p model is ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini (bytedance/seedance-2-mini), accessed through Kie.ai. Model choice is server-controlled; users cannot switch models or bypass safety checks. Historical creations may use Kling 3.0 Omni. The 720p promotional sample is separate from Standard customer creation. This service is independently operated and is not endorsed by these model providers.

One fictional story

Zombiv uses a predefined Zombie Love Story template for entertainment. Users cannot enter arbitrary real-person prompts. It is not a general-purpose face-swap or impersonation service, but it does synthesize likenesses into AI video. The first release offers one Zombie Love Story. Photo 1 plays the Survivor and Photo 2 plays the Zombie. The service requests a vertical MP4 of approximately 12 seconds, at Standard 480p with native audio. The separately labelled 720p promotional sample does not change the Standard package. Actual outputs require verification. The application does not post to social accounts for you.

AI can change facial details, movement, continuity, transitions and audio. Exact likeness, quality and completion time are not guaranteed. Do not present the result as evidence of a real event. Disclose synthetic content where your platform or law requires it.

See Pricing for the existing one-time packages and purchase action. When creation is enabled, input and output safety decisions are required alongside technical and provider checks. Human review is available for the controlled workflow and uncertain cases. Public generation and purchases are currently unavailable; consult the Generator and Pricing for status. Processing and review times vary.

Accounts, Credits and payment

Use your own account and protect its access. One Credit is used for one delivered video. Purchased Credits do not expire, and packages are one-time purchases. A verified payment notification must grant Credits; returning from checkout alone does not establish payment or crediting.

Confirmed failure, content checks that cannot allow delivery, or final storage and delivery failure return eligible generation Credits once. Temporary delays do not necessarily mean confirmed failure. Credit compensation and cash refunds are different actions. See Refund Policy.

Content rights

You retain the rights you already hold in your input material. You grant the limited permission needed to store, validate, normalize, check and submit the photos to configured providers, create the story, and provide playback and download. This permission cannot supply rights in another person's likeness that you did not possess.

Output use is subject to input rights, applicable provider terms, third-party rights and law. Exclusive ownership or copyright protection of AI output is not guaranteed. Sharing the result may require separate permission from both people.

Retention and deletion

Device drafts and uploaded inputs have a 24-hour logical validity window. Device cleanup occurs on return and related actions; uploaded inputs are scheduled for deletion. Saved videos are available for 30 days. Providers can retain copies separately. Privacy explains these differences. Download videos before they expire.

Deleting an active creation closes its delivery and prevents late results from becoming available. Financial and security records may remain. Deletion is not a promise that every external copy disappears immediately.

Safety and service limits

The service may refuse processing, withhold delivery or restrict accounts to address abuse, invalid permission or payment risk. Do not bypass ownership, payment verification, usage limits or disabled service features. Raise concerns through support@zombiv.com or account support.

Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights. The service must not be used for decisions requiring authentic evidence, including identity verification, emergencies or medical and legal decisions. Contact support for questions about the legal operator or transaction-specific terms; no jurisdiction is inferred from your sign-in profile.
