Purchases and included Credits

The existing pricing page lists one-time USD packages: $7.99 for 1 Credit / 1 Standard video, $19.99 for 3 Credits / 3 Standard videos, and $59.99 for 10 Credits / 10 Standard videos. Purchased Credits do not expire. Standard 480p uses 1 Credit per delivered video. Applicable taxes appear in checkout. Playback and MP4 download are included after review; there is no subscription. Purchases and public generation are currently unavailable. When processing is enabled, safety checks and possible human review can hold a task; delivery is not automatic or guaranteed by payment. Generation Credits

One Credit corresponds to one delivered video. Confirmed generation failure, checks that cannot permit delivery, or final storage or delivery failure can return the eligible Credit used for that task. Returns are linked to the original consumption and happen only once.

A temporary delay or unknown provider outcome is investigated rather than immediately causing another paid attempt. If delivery closes under the service deadline, the eligible Credit policy applies; a late result does not automatically reopen or charge the task.

A returned Credit is available for another eligible video. It is not a refund to your payment card. Check your Credits history to distinguish these records.

Request a cash refund review

For a duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charge, or a service problem affecting a purchase, contact support@zombiv.com or use account support. Include the order reference, affected account and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or API keys. Ownership and transaction status must be verified.

Eligibility, processing time, taxes and provider steps depend on the transaction, merchant agreement and applicable law. No universal deadline is promised. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded because Credits are digital. There is no promise of unlimited free reruns or an unconditional refund after all Credits have been used.

Pending orders and disputes

Closing checkout does not establish cancellation; a payment notification can arrive later. Check the original order before paying again.

A confirmed full refund or final chargeback can revoke unused Credits attributable to that purchase, without clearing unrelated valid Credits. Used Credits cannot be represented as fully recovered. Partial refunds require accurate mapping and operator review; this release has no self-service partial cash refund. A dispute in progress is separate from a confirmed refund or final chargeback.
