Inputs have a 24-hour validity window; saved videos are available for 30 days. Clear photos or delete a creation to revoke access and schedule cleanup. Providers can retain copies separately. Account deletion is requested through support.

Choose one adult per photo, with a clearly visible face and good lighting. You must be 18 or older and have permission from both people. Celebrity impersonation and deceptive use are not allowed.
How many Credits does a video cost?
Standard 480p uses 1 Credit per delivered video. Packages contain 1, 3 or 10 Credits; purchased Credits do not expire. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The separately labelled 720p sample does not change the Standard package.
What kind of video will I receive?
A vertical 9:16 MP4 of about 12 seconds, requested at Standard 480p with native audio. The homepage sample is separately labelled 720p. AI can change appearance, continuity and sound; no exact likeness or delivery-time guarantee is made.
What happens if creation fails?
Confirmed failure, blocked content or final delivery failure returns eligible generation Credits once. A temporary delay is not immediately treated as failure. Buying Credits and cash refunds follow the Refund Policy.
How long are my photos and videos kept?
Device drafts are valid for 24 hours and cleaned when you return, clear or replace photos, or transfer them successfully. Uploaded input photos become unusable after 24 hours and are scheduled for deletion. Saved videos are available for 30 days. Providers can have separate retention periods; see Privacy.
Will both people look exactly like their photos?
AI can change facial features, expressions and continuity. We cannot guarantee exact likeness, a perfect match cut, a particular soundtrack or completion time.
Can I upload the result to TikTok or Reels?
You can download the MP4 for TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts. Follow each platform’s policies, identify synthetic content where required, and keep permission from the people shown. The service does not post for you.
How is my story reviewed, and where can I get help?
Inputs are checked before generation and outputs before delivery. Human review is available for the controlled workflow and uncertain cases. A failed or unavailable check does not allow delivery.
