The public availability endpoint reported production payment and both resolutions enabled when checked. Availability can change; check the live Generator before buying. No renewal is part of these packs. Credits are not cash, and two Credits spent on HD are not two separate videos.

At the one-Credit pack price, one Standard request uses the US$7.99 pack. An HD request needs two Credits; a buyer with no balance must buy enough Credits, such as the 3-Credit US$19.99 pack. The larger purchase leaves a Credit after one HD request. Do not confuse the cash needed at checkout with an allocated per-video cost. Taxes, if applicable, appear at checkout.

What changes model-based cost?

Resolution: more pixels can cost more. A requested tier and measured dimensions are different facts; inspect your actual file. Length: a provider can charge by generated second or use a fixed clip cost. Audio: native sound may be included for a model or require a separate workflow. Retries: an acceptable clip may take several paid attempts, and editing two scenes can require separate generations.

A practical estimate is the cost of all attempted clips plus required plan access, additional audio, export and editing. A cheaper individual attempt is not necessarily a cheaper finished story. A monthly plan's unused allowance is still part of the cash you paid; an annual-plan monthly equivalent may require an annual commitment.

What happens when generation fails?

For Zombiv, eligible tasks that cannot be delivered return generation Credits once under the Refund Policy. A Credit return is separate from a cash refund. An output that changes a face or a pose is not automatically a technical failure. Read the policy before paying and contact support@zombiv.com with an order or creation reference if needed; do not send private images in a public comment.

Other tools' failure and refund terms can differ. Verify the official terms for the exact service rather than assuming every platform refunds retries.

What should I check before spending?

Watch an actual output, confirm which person becomes the zombie, check consent rules and retention, inspect the requested resolution and duration, and read the failure policy.
